1. The service

VideoPDF turns videos you provide (by upload or link) into written articles with pictures. You must have the right to use any video you submit, and you are responsible for how you use the result.

2. Accounts

One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to get extra free credits is not allowed; we may suspend accounts that do.

3. Credits and payments

Credits are used to process videos. Free credits reset daily and do not carry over. Credits from one-time packs never expire. Plan credits refresh with each billing period and do not carry over. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record, who also handles taxes and invoices.

4. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. If a video fails to process, its credits are returned automatically.

5. Acceptable use

Do not submit videos that are illegal, that you have no right to use, or that infringe others' rights. Do not attempt to abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep VideoPDF running but provide it "as is", without guarantees. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
