Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with VideoPDF. Our orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, who issues the receipts and handles refunds.

Failed videos

If a video can't be processed, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically. No need to ask.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied, email us within 14 days of a purchase or a subscription payment and we'll refund it in full, as long as you have used less than 20% of the credits from that purchase. Refunded credits are removed from your account.

Subscriptions

You can cancel anytime from Credits → Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again. Renewals are not refunded after the 14-day window, except where required by law.

Credit packs

One-time credit packs never expire, so unused credits stay available for you. Refunds follow the 14-day rule above.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from your account email with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
