How many credits does a video use?
1 credit per minute for an article with pictures, or 0.5 for text only. Translating adds 1 per minute, translating the text inside pictures adds 0.5 more, pasting a link adds 0.5. Re-making with new settings costs only 0.3 per minute. You always see the exact cost before you start.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits refresh with each payment: monthly plans every month, yearly plans get the whole year's credits up front. Credits from one-time packs never expire. Plan credits are used first.
How do I pay?
Card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through our reseller Lemon Squeezy, who also handles sales tax and invoices. We never see your card details.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, in one click. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
